Flurry and Flame was founded in Boulder, Colorado by Erica McNaughton — a wellness enthusiast, business strategist, and believer in the power of heat and cold to restore both body and mind.
A lifelong hot yoga and fitness devotee, Erica knows firsthand the deep craving for a post-sweat sauna and the surprisingly energizing benefits of a cold plunge — even if she’s still learning to love that first icy drop.
